Massage Envy is currently hiring for both Naperville locations!!!

Function:        Capable of performing customized massage therapy sessions in which the quality of touch, flow, pressure and draping is safe, professional and therapeutic. 
  
Job duties:

Greet guests & members in professional, friendly manner and designs a specific massage plan based on the clients needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest.
Obtains client’s informed consent for massage plan prior to beginning the massage.
Perform 50 (up to 120 minute if capable) minute quality massage session within their scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
Creates an excellent experience for guests & members through a present therapeutic touch and friendly attitude.
Promotes the health and wellness benefits of massage specific to each client and recommends frequency.
Safeguards client information and confidentiality.
Executes professional boundaries and does not engage in dual relationships with clients.
Maintains a professional clean appearance of self and clinic by wearing a clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing & draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean.

This is a management position. The main duty of this job is to ensure the smooth operation of the entire facility.

A general overview of this position is ensuring the sports facility and all activities that take place in the complex are staffed, inventoried, professional looking and clean. 
Oversite of facilities and elements covered include:

Areas of indoor and outdoor sports activity, including court sports (such as tennis, volleyball and racquetball), sports fields (such as softball, football, baseball, and soccer) and other sports (such as gymnastics and wrestling)
Dressing, fitting, and locker rooms
Team or player seating areas
Weight and exercise room
Saunas and steam rooms
Concession Area
Pool

 
This facilities manager will also hire, train, schedule and manage many student and full-time employees. Position is full-time M-F 8-5. Benefits include; medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401k plan.

 The General Manager is responsible for management of sales, revenue, and the overall financial success of the facility. In addition, the General Manager is responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and developing employees; supervising club operations; facility management; marketing execution; loss prevention; and customer service.

Daily interactions with the club management team, along with the communication and achievement of business initiatives, will promote a General Manager’s success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Execute sales service models and strategies to achieve sales and service goals
Develop and implement employee performance evaluations and improvement plans
Resolve customer issues or complaints by determining optimal solutions
Analyze club’s financial data and take action to grow revenues, control costs, and ensure appropriate inventory management to achieve sales and profit goals
Achieve sales and customer satisfaction standards and goals by maximizing the member’s experience and the club revenue
Communicate, execute, and manage marketing programs to achieve key initiatives and meet specific monthly and annual sales and profit goals
Evaluate current club processes, programs, and systems for continuous improvement and innovation opportunities
Conduct regular meetings and communicate business plans
Monitor financial controls as directed by District Manager in order to meet club specific targets
Manage club revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and delivery of deposits to bank.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage project planning, timelines, implementation, and budgets for nationwide health screening and flu immunization campaigns.
Communicate directly with the client decision maker throughout all phases of the project. Your goal is to delight the client!
Schedule event staffing, ensure proper credentialing and training, and arrange logistics of supplies
Handle client concerns and ensure client satisfaction at each event
Document thoroughly, seek and incorporate client feedback for continuous improvement
Support incoming telephone volume, handle customer inquiries, and provide standard quotes and proposals
Support outgoing telemarketing efforts
Support general administration and operations as needed, including shipping and receiving, packing, data entry, and client billing
You will be measured on quality, execution, efficiency, and client satisfaction
