You will be joining a fun and lively team promoting vitality and wellbeing to an under-served market of women who have dropped out of exercise because of time, age, pregnancy/ motherhood or dissatisfaction with traditional gyms. We offer an welcoming and very personal service to our customers.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a natural sales person who is inspired by health and fitness and wants to share that with everyone. This role is part Sales Manager/ part Gym Trainer. You will also have opportunities for freelance Personal Training business outside your working hours. You will be required to:


Sell memberships to prospects in person and by phone & email where necessary.

Generate new business through prospecting & outreach campaigns.

Co-create promotions & sales initiatives with the Marketing Manager, including running Open Days, "bring a friend" events etc etc.

Manage all prospect data using the Legend Software Sales Module.

Coordinate the team of trainers in managing all prospects, including keeping prospect data accurate & current.

The role will also require you to fulfil duties as a professional gym trainer, attending to customers and helping to run the gym


THE REQUIREMENTS


Strong ability at selling -inspiring prospects & 'asking for the business confidently'.

Reps Level 2 or equivalent.

A self-starter, proficient at creating & following up leads enthusiastically.

Good at connecting with people, especially the local residential & business communities.

Excellent organisation and a fine eye for detail.

Enthusiasm for health, fitness and well-being.

A good work ethic. Hungry to meet regular monthly targets and KPIs.

A high standard of written and spoken english.

Computer literate.

Knowledge and background in health and fitness.

The ability to lead an exercise class on occasion would be highly prized.

Knowledge and background in sales and marketing would be preferable.

Sunny personality and good with people.

Team player.


The Terms

The Pay-£25,480- £29,120pa OTE. 14-16K pa BASIC i.e. £14 per hour OTE (£7.70 per hour basic plus realistic sales commission).

The Hours - 35-40 hours per week, typically to include most peak times (i.e. 4-8pm Monday- Thursdays, particularly during peak season).

Start Date -ASAP.

Holidays- approx. 26 days per annum (based on hours worked)- None to be taken during peak months.
