This is a management position. The main duty of this job is to ensure the smooth operation of the entire facility.
A general overview of this position is ensuring the sports facility and all activities that take place in the complex are staffed, inventoried, professional looking and clean.
Oversite of facilities and elements covered include:
Areas of indoor and outdoor sports activity, including court sports (such as tennis, volleyball and racquetball), sports fields (such as softball, football, baseball, and soccer) and other sports (such as gymnastics and wrestling)
Dressing, fitting, and locker rooms
Team or player seating areas
Weight and exercise room
Saunas and steam rooms
Concession Area
Pool
This facilities manager will also hire, train, schedule and manage many student and full-time employees. Position is full-time M-F 8-5. Benefits include; medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401k plan.
