This position would report to our Field Service Manager. This is a full-time position within our growing service department. Responsibilities include managing incoming service calls, dispatching, part ordering, warranty claims, and providing direct customer service assistance to our customers. The work is fast-paced, offers a wide variety of administrative tasks and demands someone who is detail and team oriented. Experience in a high energy, customer oriented capacity is required. Dispatching and technical/mechanical experience would be helpful. Work hours are from 8am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Extra hours may be required, depending on business needs.
