The Rochester Athletic Club is looking for an assistant to the General Manager of the Henrietta facility. This person would provide adminstrative and clerical support.
Responsible for assisting the General Manager and coordination of daily activities associated with their duties. This GM assistant responsibilities include reporting of employee and member related information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to our corporate offices in Buffalo. Coordination with other department managers in relation to member appointments and the overall daily items associated with member service. Assisting with Weekly scheduling and payroll duties. Various job assignments requested by the General Manager, Partner or other Managerial Staff as needed.

Sales Associate needed for busy membership massage clinic.
Duties include:
Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room.
Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

Bally Total Fitness is currently looking for a customer service professional to join our team. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our members as well assist the General Manager with administrative duties and provide training to fellow team members.
As a Member Service Representative, you will:
Greet and assist all members and guests
Answer questions and provide problem resolution while upholding the highest level of customer care

Part-time Administrative Asst. for a small music company. 24 hours per week required. (Can be 3-8 hour days or 4-6 hour days)
Excellent interpersonal skills required which include professional phone conduct. Must be assertive, enthusiastic and punctual. MS Word, Excel and Internet skills a MUST.
A strong background in communication and basic mathematics is required. Basic legal and writing skills a plus. Must be able to handle a large number of projects in various stages of completion and MUST be detail oriented to check on and follow up on several projects at the same time.
